Our educational activity packages are currently offered as digital downloads, making it convenient for families to enjoy learning adventures from home.

1. Digital Activity Packages

Our downloadable educational activity packages are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

After successful payment and completion of your order, your purchased files become available for download through our online shop.

Digital purchases do not require physical shipping, and no shipping charges apply to these products.

2. Accessing Your Downloads

Once your order has been completed, sign in to your customer account and access the downloadable files associated with your purchase.

Please download your files promptly and save them securely on your computer or other suitable device.

Download access may be subject to limits or expiration conditions displayed with the product or purchase information.

3. Printing Your Activities

Our educational materials are designed for convenient home or classroom printing, subject to the licence purchased.

Customers are responsible for providing their own printer, paper, and printing supplies.

Please review the instructions included with your activity package for any recommended printing settings.

4. Download or Technical Problems

If you experience difficulty accessing, downloading, or opening your purchased files, please contact us.

We will review the problem and help you obtain the correct files or resolve the issue.

When contacting us, please include your order number and a brief description of the problem.

5. Printed Books and Physical Products

Magic Garden Series books purchased through Amazon or another external retailer are shipped according to that retailer's delivery arrangements, charges, and policies.

Physical products are not currently shipped directly through our educational activity shop.

If physical products become available for direct purchase in the future, applicable shipping costs and delivery information will be provided before checkout.
