Returns, Refunds & Subscription Cancellations

Welcome to Sarah & Jessie's Magic Garden Realm, home of the Magic Garden Series by Loceenani Oncz.

We value our customers and want every family to enjoy their purchases. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

1. Our 24-Hour Refund Guarantee

Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchasing a digital educational activity package directly from our shop, provided the purchased files have not been downloaded.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available.

We may review available order and download records when evaluating refund requests.

2. Problems With Digital Downloads

If your purchased files are missing, damaged, incomplete, inaccessible, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us.

We will review the problem and work toward an appropriate solution, including providing corrected files, restoring access, or issuing a refund where appropriate or required by law.

Our 24-hour change-of-mind refund conditions do not limit consumer rights that apply to defective, misrepresented, or undelivered products.

3. Monthly Subscriptions & Memberships

Monthly subscriptions and memberships are planned for the future and are not currently available for purchase.

When memberships become available, the following cancellation terms are intended to apply, subject to applicable law:

Cancellation Notice: Customers should submit their cancellation request at least 10 calendar days before their next scheduled renewal date to ensure sufficient processing time.

Late Cancellation Requests: If fewer than 10 days remain before renewal, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to prevent the upcoming charge, explain when cancellation will take effect, and respect any applicable legal cancellation rights.

Current Paid Period: Cancellation does not ordinarily provide a refund for the current paid membership period, except where required by law or where an exception is granted.

Continued Access: Customers retain access to their membership benefits until the end of the period they have already paid for.

Automatic Renewal: Once cancellation takes effect, the membership will not renew and no further recurring membership charges will be made.

We will confirm the effective cancellation date when processing a cancellation request.

4. Mitigating or Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.

If you experience mitigating or exceptional circumstances that prevent you from meeting our refund or cancellation deadlines, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review each situation individually with kindness, fairness, and understanding.

Reasonable exceptions may be considered where appropriate, although exceptions cannot be guaranteed.

5. Books Purchased Through Other Retailers

Books purchased through Amazon or other outside retailers are subject to the purchasing retailer's applicable return procedures, together with any consumer rights provided by law.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Please include your order number, the email address associated with your purchase, and a brief explanation of your request.

Do not send passwords or complete payment card details.

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights and remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
